The Neighborhood Voice Alliance Inc. is presently raising money to fund the lawsuit of the Charlestown Community to prevent the conversion of the Constitution Inn (former YMCA) to Permanent Supportive Housing which will house formerly homeless men and women with significant mental illness and addictions without sufficient services, without transportation, without medical or mental health professionals, without employment opportunities and without policing or emergency medical services on premises.
